At the Airport

How do I find my driver?

After clearing Customs your driver will be waiting for you in the Arrivals holding a board with the name of the Party Leader .

What if the driver is not there?

In the unlikely event that you cannot see your driver please go to the operators desk iin the Arrivals Hall at the Airport. They will assist you.

How long will I have to wait at the Airport?

Your vehicle will normally be at the airport for the scheduled arrival of your flight.

What happens if my flight is delayed?

If you know that your flight is going to be delayed please call the operator and let them know an estimated time of arrival. However, all flight arrival times are checked with the airline before our drivers leave towards the airport.

How do we confirm our pick up time?

It is your resonsibility to confirm pick up times with the driver when you arrive at your accommodation.  In the event that this may change due to adverse weather conditions or heavy traffic on peak dates, you will be contacted you on your mobile phone or via your accommodation Reception.

Can you collect /drop us off at an Hotel in the City Centre rather than the airport?

Yes, but please request at the time of booking. If you want to be dropped off on the return journey, you must contact your operator to check if this is possible.
